8 Account Suspension and Closure

vipbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming programme.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vipbet may withhold your account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, your balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
